Room clean & comfortable. Good location for tourism. Food quality very good. Receptionist helpful with bags & taxi. Bathrobes & ice machine in rooms. Close to Christmas market. All employees vey helpful. Extended stay due to hurricane. Excellent location in heart of city. Large, well-maintained rooms. Friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Ambassador Zlata Husa for a short trip. The location was fantastic, with all the main attractions just a stone's throw away. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a spacious apartment upon arrival. The room was not only huge, but also very comfortable and warm. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the cozy bar they had within the hotel. a great experience and I will definitely visit again.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect - right in the heart of everything. I could easily explore the main sightseeing area in Prague on foot, and there were numerous restaurants and bars nearby. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The deluxe suite was spacious and clean with lots of natural light. The bathroom was recently refurbished with a relaxing jacuzzi bath. Good location near the metro and a market with everything we needed.
Felt completely at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the room advantages were exceptional , a stunning bath and high, quality service. the Spa & wellness centre provided a full body massage that was relaxing and rejuvenating.
This was a minor issue, as we still had entertainment with the Beauty treatments.

Exclusive private facilities are also available.
Despite the luxurious experience, the lift system could be improved. Only two lifts were available, and one was being refurbished.

The hotel's central location makes it easy to explore the city's main attractions. The narrow cobblestone streets lead to the old city center, where the Christmas markets and the Astronomical Clock can be found. the friendly staff is always willing to help, and the complimentary drink voucher is a nice touch.
The lack of attention to cleanliness in the rooms is disappointing.
